Stephens and Michaels Associates, Inc. prides themself on hiring the brighest and the best employees. Prior to being hired, all candidates are subjected to a comprehensive background check, which may include but are not limited to: criminal history, drug testing, credit check, and reference check.
Once hired, employees will receive structured classroom and on-the-job training as well as ongoing training to enhance current skills and build new ones. Our training programs deliver information, tools, and resources that improve performance.
New employees will be assigned a Mentor to assist in any questions or issues, within the first 90 days of your employment and all information is handled in a confidential, collabrative manner.
