Collections Supervisor

A Collections Supervisor provides basic supervision of staff; ensuring adherence of basic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Collection experience preferred, will make exceptions for transferable skills. 
Minimum of two-years supervisory experience, leading and developing a team.
Ability to work independently.

Communication/Team Work Skills

Strong Communication skills
Ability to negotiate
Team player

Technology Skills

Some knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
Ability to learn and assimilate to proprietary software
